The Four Steps
- Contact us through the contact form or by phone, and tell us your order number and what you would like to do.
- Print the prepaid return label we email you.
- Write a note with your order number and your request, and put it inside the package.
- Ship it back using the label.
The Note Inside the Box
The note matters. It is how the returns team knows what to do with your item when it arrives. Include your order number and state clearly whether you want a refund or an exchange.
If no note is included, the item is refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanging for a Different Size
For a size exchange, your note needs three things: your order number, the type of jersey (men's, women's, or youth), and the size you want instead.

International Returns
We ship worldwide, but international customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Duties and taxes are paid locally and are not refundable by CoolWick.
