Return Window

You generally have 60 days from delivery to initiate a return for eligible unused items. Start the process before the window closes.

What Can Be Returned

Standard CoolWick jerseys & apparel (non-custom):

  • New, unused condition — tags attached when applicable
  • Original packaging / protective materials when practical
  • Within 60 days of delivery
  • Not worn or washed

Restrictions

  • Worn, washed, or damaged-by-customer items
  • Missing components that shipped with the product
  • Most custom change-of-mind cases — see Custom Jersey Return Rules

Simple Return Process

  2. Pack & ship — use the prepaid label we provide on qualifying returns
  3. Refund — issued after inspection (often within a few business days of receipt)

Refund Processing

  • Partial returns refund the returned lines
