- You approve — this locks spelling, colors, and layout.
- Production — printing and assembly (standard ~22–28 business days after approval).
- Ship — free standard USA shipping with tracking.

Once you approve, we produce what the proof shows. Misspellings or wrong numbers you approved are usually not free remakes. See Design Proofs & Approvals and Custom Return Rules.
Artwork Tips
- Send the highest-resolution logo files you have
- List exact names/numbers in a simple roster format
- Call out pantone/brand colors if they matter
- Mention tournament dates so we can flag rush if needed
