Full custom jerseys receive a design proof before production. It is your last chance to catch spelling, numbers, colors, logo placement, and size. Approve only when everything is correct.
Semi-custom jerseys do not receive a standard proof. You may request a virtual mockup in the Additional Notes section. The designer may provide one; edits may involve a fee.

What to Check on Every Proof
- Names and numbers (spelling, order, jersey assignment)
- Logo artwork and placement
- Colors vs your brand expectations (monitors vary slightly)
- Collar/sleeve/style notes
- Size listed for each jersey
⚠ Approved proofs are final for production
If the jersey matches the approved proof, change-of-mind and customer-side typos are generally not free remakes. We cover our production errors and quality defects.
How Approval Works
- We email your proof
- You reply with approval or a clear change list
- If changes are needed, we send a revised proof
- Approval starts the production clock
Requesting Changes
- Be specific: “Move logo 1" left” beats “logo feels off”
- Batch feedback in one reply when possible
- Multiple revision rounds can extend your timeline
