Cool Rewards is free to join. Members earn points on eligible activity and redeem them for coupons toward future CoolWick purchases.
Before You Shop
You must have a CoolWick account, enroll in Cool Rewards, and be signed in when you place an order. Guest purchases do not earn points.
Earn Points
- Purchases: 1 point for every $1 spent
- Create an account: 100 points
- Birthday bonus: 100 points when your birthday is saved in your profile
- Successful referral: 150 points
- Eligible social actions: 25 points, subject to limits
Purchase points remain pending for 14 days to allow for returns and exchanges. Purchases before enrollment or before April 30, 2026 do not earn points.
Redeem Points
Sign in and open My Account: Points. Available rewards include $5 for 100 points, $10 for 200 points, and $20 for 375 points. Redeemed coupon codes expire after 90 days, and only one Cool Reward may be used per order.
Cool Rewards coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity; make a purchase or complete a successful referral to keep the account active.
