Custom production locks the size you order. If you’re between sizes, read Fit Tips or ask support before approving the proof.
How to Measure
- Chest width: lay the shirt flat on a solid surface without stretching it. Measure straight across the widest part of the chest, typically just below the underarms, from seam to seam. Do not measure around the body.
- Body length: high point of shoulder to desired hem (or use chart body length)
- Keep the shirt smooth and flat so the tape stays straight
- Measure a shirt with a fit you already like, then compare that flat measurement to the chart
Using the Size Chart
Match your garment's flat measurements to the tables below. Jersey width is measured across the chest about 1 inch below the armhole, and length runs from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Measuring tolerance: a variance of +/- 0.75 inches from the chart is normal. Measure a garment you already like and compare it to these numbers.
